Synergy between art and education: New horizons in partnership between cultural and business projects

Capital Group's projects are inseparable from art - here architecture itself becomes an independent art object. This approach not only transmits the holding's values, but also helps people to feel the aesthetics and atmosphere of their own homes.

Art attracts buyers who appreciate aesthetics and an unconventional view of the world - and becomes a part of residents' life.

Capital Group Art Foundation

In the Capital City skyscraper, where Capital Group's headquarters is located, the permanent exposition of Capital Group Art Foundation is regularly supplemented with temporary exposition. Now the lobby and common areas of the complex are equipped with Andrei Bartenev's art-installation 'Sea Buckthorn', Vasily Klyukin's Crypto series and his sculpture 'Newborn Consciousness'

'Capital City' has become an ideal place for the realization of an art project: it is in 'Moscow City' that art is perceived not as a random element of decoration, but as an organic continuation of the architecture and emotional character that reflects the company's philosophy.

Collaboration with Moscow School of Contemporary Art

In 2023, Capital Group became a partner of the annual further education program "International Strategies in Art Business" of the Moscow School of Contemporary Art (MSCA). The goal of the program is to prepare specialists who can launch projects at the intersection of business and art. Students were tasked with proposing an art strategy for a development project, as well as selecting and integrating art objects into one of Capital Group's elite projects. The proposed solutions were used by the company for implementation.
