"Imperskij dom" is a club-type house consisting of three sections. On each level from the 2nd to the 11th floor there are only two apartments, each of which has its own elevator hall, which provides a high level of privacy for residents and their guests. Planning solutions were developed by international experts taking into account modern requirements for luxury housing: panoramic windows, sleeping blocks of 45-50 sq. m. m., including spacious dressing rooms of 7-10 sq.m., large bathrooms of 9-10 sq.m. m., many of which have windows. The five luxury apartments, located on floors 12-16, are absolutely exclusive on the market: one apartment per floor with individual elevator access and views to all four cardinal directions.
