The Alabushevo Technopark is being implemented jointly with the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in Zelenograd, 30 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Tenants of the technology park are subject to tax incentives and SEZ preferences, and the multifunctional purpose of the complex will not only allow for the organization of modern production, but will also provide space for storage and logistics of goods, as well as for housing employees. The project involves the creation of up to 2.5 thousand new jobs.The technology park is located on a landscaped area, close to major transport routes and the Alabushevo railway platform. Residents are provided with parking for 300 cars and developed infrastructure. The technology park includes a stand-alone class B+ business center.
