Capex is the company which manages Capital Group’s properties.  The company’s specialists are highly professional and have many years’ practical experience of managing, servicing and running properties.

Capex executes a wide range of functions, including the conceptualisation for the management and running of a building as well as the supervision of its construction.  The company carries out monitoring of a building’s engineering systems and equipment.  It also provides active assistance with the bureaucracy involved with building construction, right up to the point of certifying the building officially operational.

Capex provides a full range of services for running a building’s operational systems:

— electricity supply, power equipment, lighting;

— air conditioning and ventilation;

— the building’s control systems;

— plumbing and heating system;

— fire and security systems.

Capex is currently responsible for more than 20 properties totalling over 200,000m² in area.
