Capital Group is part of CIT Holding, which boasts the most completed construction projects among private companies with similar organizational structure in Moscow.
By 2007 CIT growth rate led the management to the decision to separate the commercial and residential development. As a result the Holding created a company to supervise commercial realty - Capital Group Commercial.
The company operates on the commercial real estate market. In the Company’s portfolio there are several sites situated within MIBC “Moscow City” totaling the area of over 1000 000 square meters, 30% of all construction area of the business center. Total investment is in excess of $2 bln. An independent trend in the company’s operations is developing the Metromarket retail plaza chain. All existing business centers are located in the central part of the city and represent the dynamic hi-tech style. The clients of Capital Group Commercial include the largest domestic and international companies: BAT, Sony, Phillips, Reemtsma, LG, Gazexport, Nokia, Slavneft, and others. The company also plans to enter the hotel property market.
