The Foundation sees its mission in the integrated work in the field of contemporary art: managing events of its own and participating in the most significant cultural events of Moscow. Head of Capital Group Board of Directors Vladislav Doronin: “For more than 10 years the company has been assembling its own collection of contemporary art. Its every piece was chosen for certain building and space, and gradually it transformed into a socially significant project.
The growth of collection has influenced the company’s business, milestones, principles and approaches used in work. We strove not only to construct buildings, but also to create them original, beautiful, up-to-date and corresponding to people’s needs.
The masterpieces of contemporary art always differ by new forms and content found in habitual things. Capital Group has gained success in this field, and that is the reason why we see our future not only in business, but also in realization of cultural projects, which foster expansion of our ideas.”
Capital Group Art Foundation cooperates with world-known artists, and pays attention to acknowledged young representatives of Russian contemporary art. Capital Group Art Foundation’s expert board members are Olga Sviblova, the head of the Moscow House of Photography, and the director of Aidan Gallery and a popular artist herself Aidan Salakhova.
