Capital Group trebles its completed property figures yearly. For example, Capital Group Commercial’s portfolio includes several sites within the MMDC Moscow City construction project, totalling over 1,000,000 square metres, which comprises 30% of the business centre’s overall territory. The total investment comes to over 2 billion dollars.
By 2007, due to the growth of company and its project portfolio, the holding's board of directors took the decision to focus on key assets and to separate company's activities in commercial and residential property development. Today Capital Group combines all facets of the property development business and carries out high-end commercial (A and B+ class) and residential (Business, Premium, De Luxe class) projects, including some which are unique and unparalleled in the Russian market. Furthermore, Capital Group contains strategically important subsidiaries such as Capex and Capital Group Design. Among its peers, Capital Group has at its disposal the largest collection of completed properties in the capital. To date company's portfolio comprises 70 construction projects - either already completed, currently in the construction phase or currently in the planning phase - totalling over 7 million square metres.
Moreover, as part of Moscow City Council's new programme to redevelop the city's major transport hubs, our company is carrying out the construction of shopping and leisure complexes totalling 204,000 square metres in area.
